An export house built on repeat business.

We are judged on whether a buyer comes back for a second container. Everything below is arranged around making that outcome likely.

Connecting buyers with India’s growing regions

Singhi Exports is an exporter of premium-quality Indian spices, herbs and agricultural products. We connect global buyers with carefully sourced material from India’s finest growing regions, with consistent quality, competitive pricing and dependable deliveries.

Our customers are importers, wholesalers, food manufacturers, distributors and private-label brands. What they have in common is that they cannot afford surprises.

A specification agreed in January has to be the specification that arrives in June.

We are built around that requirement rather than around one-off opportunistic trades. Long-term relationships come from integrity and transparency — which in practice means telling a buyer when a crop is short, when a grade is unavailable, and when a price cannot be held.

Close to the crop, close to the port

A Gujarat oil-seed field at first light

Gujarat is India’s leading state for groundnut, castor and sesame, and the Unjha market in the north of the state is the largest centre in the world for cumin and psyllium. Our base in Surat sits between those growing districts and the container terminals that serve them.

Short chains matter for two reasons. Fewer intermediaries means a better price reaches the buyer rather than the middle of the chain. And being able to reach a mandi or a processing unit the same day is what makes it possible to hold a specification when a crop varies.

  • 02 FCL and consolidated LCL shipments
  • 03 Phytosanitary and fumigation handled before stuffing

What we are working towards

“Relations beyond boundaries

Not a slogan picked for the letterhead. It describes the only version of this business that works: buyers who return, and suppliers who keep supplying us because we pay and behave properly.

Step 01

Enquiry & specification

You send product, grade, quantity, destination and packing preference. We respond with a quotation stating grade, packing, port, term and validity — and a sample where it helps.

Step 02

Sourcing & processing

Material is procured from the growing belt and processed to the agreed specification — cleaning, gravity separation, sortex grading, sizing or milling as the contract requires.

Step 03

Inspection & packing

Lots are checked against the contract for purity, moisture and foreign matter, then packed in your chosen format and marked to your instructions.

Step 04

Documentation & shipping

Container stuffed and sealed, certificates prepared to match your letter of credit, documents released against agreed payment terms, tracking shared until arrival.

Documentation we prepare

Export paperwork is where shipments usually go wrong. The following is prepared as standard, matched to the exact wording of your letter of credit.

  1. 01 Commercial invoice
  2. 02 Packing list
  3. 03 Certificate of origin
  4. 04 Phytosanitary certificate
  5. 05 Fumigation certificate
  6. 06 Bill of lading
  7. 07 Certificate of analysis
  8. 08 Insurance certificate
